Properties of XADO metal-and-ceramics coating

Examination of the rubbing pair surfaces treated according to the XADO-technology showed the following results:

1. Micro-hardness: up to 500 kg/mm2;
2. Stress compression: 250 kg/mm2;
3. Surface roughness (Ra): up to 0,06 mkm;
4. High corrosion resistance.

That's why the minimal friction coefficient is reached and the surfaces gain unique consumption qualities: possibility to operate without oil, quick alignment, long service life.

New parts of assemblies and mechanisms gain unique wear resistance after treatment according to XADO-technology.
